§ 34-54-1-3 — Fiduciaries; stay of execution

Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 54 JUDGMENTS·Ch. 1 Judgments Generally

A judgment recovered against a sheriff, constable, other public officer, administrator, executor, or other person or corporation, or the sureties of any or all of those persons:

(1)for money collected or received in a fiduciary capacity;
(2)for a breach of any official duty; or
(3)for money or other articles of value held in trust for another; is collectible without stay of execution. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-27-5.]
