§ 34-51-2-14 — Nonparty defense; assertion
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 51 DAMAGES·Ch. 2 Compensatory Damages: Comparative Fault
In an action based on fault, a defendant may
assert as a defense that the damages of the claimant were caused in full
or in part by a nonparty. This defense is referred to in this chapter as a
nonparty defense.
