§ 34-50-1-3 — Resolution of issues before acceptance

A qualified settlement offer must resolve all claims and defenses at issue in the civil action between the offeror and the recipient before the qualified settlement offer may be accepted by the recipient. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-44.6-6.]
