§ 34-45-3-4 — Expert witnesses subject to same rules as nonexpert witnesses
The same rules and regulations apply to
witnesses described in section 1 of this chapter as apply to a witness
who can be compelled to appear and testify to knowledge the witness
has of facts relevant to the same issue.
