§ 34-45-3-2 — Witness compelled to appear and testify
A witness described in section 1 of this chapter may be compelled to appear and testify in:
(1)any court in the county of the residence of the witness; or
(2)any court in an adjoining county;
to an opinion as an expert in relation to any matter whenever the
opinion is material evidence relevant to an issue on trial before a court
or jury.
