§ 34-45-3-2 — Witness compelled to appear and testify

Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 45 WITNESSES·Ch. 3 Expert Witnesses

A witness described in section 1 of this chapter may be compelled to appear and testify in:

(1)any court in the county of the residence of the witness; or
(2)any court in an adjoining county; to an opinion as an expert in relation to any matter whenever the opinion is material evidence relevant to an issue on trial before a court or jury. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-14-12 part.]
