§ 34-45-2-2 — Insane persons considered incompetent witnesses

Except as otherwise provided by statute, persons who are insane at the time they are offered as witnesses are not competent witnesses, whether or not they have been adjudged insane. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-14-5 part.]
