§ 34-43-1-16 — Disposal of copies
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 43 EVIDENCE: MEDICAL RECORDS·Ch. 1 Hospital Medical Records
The party or party's attorney of record shall
dispose of copies of hospital medical records obtained under this
chapter in a manner that protects the confidentiality of the medical
information in the copies.
