§ 34-43-1-15 — Delivery of copies by certified mail; receipt
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 43 EVIDENCE: MEDICAL RECORDS·Ch. 1 Hospital Medical Records
Whenever the copies of the hospital medical
records are sent by certified mail, the receipt used by the United States
Postal Service is sufficient to prove delivery and receipt of the hospital
medical records.
