§ 34-43-1-15 — Delivery of copies by certified mail; receipt

Whenever the copies of the hospital medical records are sent by certified mail, the receipt used by the United States Postal Service is sufficient to prove delivery and receipt of the hospital medical records. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-3-15.5-7(b).]
