Text
The acts and proceedings of corporations may
be proved by a sworn copy of the record of such acts and proceedings.
The oath must state that the transcript is a true and full copy of the
original, and that the original has remained unaltered from its date, to
the best of deponent's knowledge and belief. The sworn copies shall be
received as evidence in all cases where the original would be evidence.
