§ 34-41-6-2 — Admissibility

The records of instruments and certified copies of records of instruments described in section 1 of this chapter are admissible in evidence after the instruments have been recorded for twenty (20) years. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-3-7-1 part.]
