§ 34-41-6-2 — Admissibility
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 41 EVIDENCE: REAL ESTATE RECORDS·Ch. 6 Misrecorded Instruments
The records of instruments and certified copies
of records of instruments described in section 1 of this chapter are
admissible in evidence after the instruments have been recorded for
twenty (20) years.
