Text

All:

(1)patents issued by the United States or by the state of Indiana conveying real estate in Indiana; and
(2)the records of those patents that have been duly recorded; shall be taken and received as competent evidence in all courts in Indiana. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-3-8-1 part.]
