§ 34-40-2-1 — Evidentiary value
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 40 EVIDENCE: RECORDS OF PUBLIC AGENCIES·Ch. 2 Records of the Worker's Compensation Board
Copies of:
(1)all papers filed with; and
(2)all records, exhibits, awards, and orders made by;
the worker's compensation board, when certified by the secretary of the
board to be true and complete copies, are competent evidence in the
several courts of record in Indiana in all cases in which the original
papers, records, awards, exhibits, and orders would be competent
evidence.
