Text
In a case where a complete record is dispensed with, the production of:
(1)the papers and entries relating to the case; and
(2)all transcripts of the case;
certified and attested with the seal of the court as complete copies of all
the papers and entries of the cause, shall have the same force in
evidence as a transcript of a complete record of a case.
