§ 34-38-4-5 — Laws of other jurisdictions

The law of a jurisdiction other than those
referred to in section 1 of this chapter shall be an issue for the court,
but shall not be subject to sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 of this chapter
concerning judicial notice.
