§ 34-38-3-1 — Foreign laws

Printed books or pamphlets purporting on their face to be the session or other statutes of any of the United States, a territory of the United States, or a foreign jurisdiction and to have been printed and published by the authority of the state, territory, or foreign jurisdiction, or proved to be commonly recognized in the courts of the state, territory or foreign jurisdiction, shall be received in Indiana courts as prima facie evidence of the statutes.
