Text

The certificate of the secretary of state, under the seal of state, stating the time when any act or acts of the general assembly were deposited in:

(1)the secretary of state's office; or
(2)the office of the clerk of any circuit court in Indiana; as appears on the certificate or receipt of the clerk, is admissible in all courts in Indiana as evidence of the facts stated in the secretary's certificate. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-17-6.]
