§ 34-36-2-2 — Special jury

If the parties:

(1)agree upon the jurors to compose a special jury; and
(2)notify the court; the court shall direct the sheriff to impanel a special jury if it can be done without unreasonable delay of the cause. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-19-2.]
