§ 34-36-1-8 — Discharge of jury; new trial

In all cases where the jury is discharged during the trial, or after the cause is submitted to them, the case may be tried again immediately or at a future time, as the court may direct. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-21-8.]
