§ 34-35-7-5 — Recording fees
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 35 CHANGE OF VENUE·Ch. 7 Collection of Costs in Change of Venue Cases
The clerks of the courts issuing and recording
the transcript shall tax as additional costs, to be paid by the judgment
debtor, the fees taxed in similar matters as provided by IC 33-37.
