§ 34-35-7-5 — Recording fees

The clerks of the courts issuing and recording the transcript shall tax as additional costs, to be paid by the judgment debtor, the fees taxed in similar matters as provided by IC 33-37. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-2-17-5.]
