§ 34-35-6-2 — Itemized statement of costs

The clerk of the circuit court shall furnish a statement with each remittance of change of venue costs. Statements described in this section must:
(1)show in detail the cause number in the county to which
remittance is made, title of case, and the items of costs paid; and
(2)be made on forms prescribed by the state board of accounts.
