§ 34-31-9-1 — Chapter application
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 31 LIMITED LIABILITY·Ch. 9 Limited Liability Arising From Agritourism Activities
(a)This chapter does not apply to activities if
the participant is paid to participate in the activity.
(b)This chapter does not apply to an agritourism provider who does
not comply with the requirements concerning signs and warning
notices required by this chapter.
