Indiana Statutes
§ 34-31-2-1 — Content of chapter; listing not to create new limit or negate existing limit
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 31 LIMITED LIABILITY·Ch. 2 Statutes Outside IC 34 That Confer Limited Liability
(a)This chapter contains a list of references to
other limited liability provisions outside IC 34.
(b)Listing in this chapter does not equate to the creation of a limit
on civil liability, and failure to be listed in this chapter does not negate
a limit on civil liability recognized elsewhere in the Indiana Code.
(c)Statutes that limit civil liability may also contain exceptions to
the limitation, therefore each statute must be consulted directly to
determine the applicability of the limitation on liability provided.
