§ 34-31-11-1 — "Possessor of land"

(a)As used in this chapter, "possessor of
land" means a person who possesses any fee, reversionary, or easement
interest in real property.
(b)The term includes:
(1)an owner;
(2)a lessee; or
(3)another lawful occupant;
of real property.
