§ 34-30-6-1 — Acts or omissions; immunity

Except as provided in section 2 of this chapter, a person is not liable for any loss that results from an action taken or lack of an action by that person:

(1)during an emergency; and
(2)with intent to prevent or minimize harm from the emergency. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-12.2-2(a).]
