§ 34-30-34-3 — Immunity from civil liability

(a)A dealer is immune from civil liability in
an action based on a violation of IC 24-5-13.5-10 if the dealer has a
reasonable good faith belief that the vehicle subject to the action was
not a buyback vehicle.
(b)Subsection (a) does not apply to an act of gross negligence or
willful and wanton misconduct.
