Text

A military base, a person employed by a military base, or a person otherwise authorized by a military base to conduct operations on or use the military base is not liable for civil damages relating to noise or noise pollution that:

(1)results from the normal operation or use of the military base, including the destruction of ordnance; and
(2)may be heard within two (2) miles of the perimeter of the military base.
