Text

Evidence of any financial incentive offered to or withheld from:

(1)a private psychiatric hospital licensed under IC 12-25; or
(2)a preferred provider organization (including a preferred provider arrangement or reimbursement agreement under IC 27-8-11); is subject to discovery under Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure unless specifically protected by statute. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-12.6-5.]
