§ 34-30-15-17 — Immunity; good faith determinations regarding evaluation of patient care

The personnel of a peer review committee shall be immune from any civil action arising from any determination made in good faith in regard to evaluation of patient care as that term is defined and limited in IC 34-6-2.1-60. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-12.6-3(c).]
