§ 34-28-2-1 — Petition to court

Except as provided in section 1.5 of this chapter, the circuit courts, superior courts, and probate courts in Indiana may change the names of natural persons on application by petition. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-6-1.]
