§ 34-28-2-1 — Petition to court
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 28 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS: MISCELLANEOUS·Ch. 2 Change of Name
Except as provided in section 1.5 of this
chapter, the circuit courts, superior courts, and probate courts in
Indiana may change the names of natural persons on application by
petition.
