Text
The writ of prohibition commands the court and party to whom the writ is directed:
(1)to refrain from any further proceedings in the matter specified
in the action until the return of the writ and further order of the
court; and
(2)upon the return, to show cause why the party to whom the writ
is directed is not absolutely restrained from any further
proceedings in the matter.
