§ 34-26-6-9 — Effective dates; renewal

Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 26 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS: INJUNCTIONS AND·Ch. 6 Workplace Violence Restraining Orders
An injunction issued under section 8 of this chapter may remain in effect for not more than three (3) years. Not more than three (3) months before the expiration of an injunction, a plaintiff may apply for a renewal of the injunction by filing a new petition under section 8 of this chapter.
