§ 34-26-6-5 — "Unlawful violence"
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 26 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS: INJUNCTIONS AND·Ch. 6 Workplace Violence Restraining Orders
As used in this chapter, "unlawful violence",
except for lawful acts of self-defense or defense of others, means
battery under IC 35-42-2 or stalking under IC 35-45-10.
