§ 34-26-1-13 — Money collected upon judgment; payment

Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 26 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS: INJUNCTIONS AND·Ch. 1 Injunctions and Restraining Orders Generally

Money that is:

(1)collected upon a judgment that is later enjoined; and
(2)remains in the hands of the collecting officer; shall be paid to the clerk of the court granting the injunction, subject to the order of the court. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-10-9.]
