Text

The court shall not render final judgment against the garnishee until the action against the defendant has been determined. If the plaintiff fails to recover judgment either against the defendant or the garnishee, the garnishee shall be discharged and recover costs. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-11-25.]
