§ 34-25-3-3 — Accountability of garnishee to plaintiff

Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 25 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS: ATTACHMENT AND·Ch. 3 Garnishment
From the day of the service of the summons, the garnishee is accountable to the plaintiff in the action for the amount of money, property, or credits in the garnishee's possession or due and owing from the garnishee to the defendant. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-11-21.]
