§ 34-25-3-11 — Payment to sheriff or court; discharge of garnishee

A garnishee may pay money the garnishee
owes to the defendant to the sheriff or into court and is discharged from
liability to the defendant for the amount of money paid to the sheriff or
into court that does not exceed the plaintiff's claim.
