(a)This section applies when the first attaching creditor dismisses the action or proceedings in attachment.
(b)A dismissal described in subsection (a) does not operate as a dismissal of the action or proceedings of any subsequent attaching creditor. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-11-32.]
