§ 34-25-2-10 — Order becomes lien on property

An order of attachment binds the defendant's property in the county subject to execution and becomes a lien on the property from the time of the delivery of the order to the sheriff, in the same manner as an execution. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-11-10.]
