Text

Sections 1 through 8 of this chapter extend to:

(1)heirs;
(2)executors; and
(3)administrators; of deceased persons. However, the provisions concerning sureties giving notice to the creditor do not operate against persons under legal disabilities. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-55-9.]
