§ 34-20-1-3 — Severability
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 20 CAUSES OF ACTION: PRODUCT LIABILITY·Ch. 1 General Provisions
If a provision of this article or its application
to a person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not
affect other provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions of
this article are severable.
