§ 34-20-1-3 — Severability

If a provision of this article or its application to a person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions of this article are severable. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 33-1-1.5-7.]
