§ 34-18-9-2 — Medical liability insurers; notice of suit to commissioner
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 18 MEDICAL MALPRACTICE·Ch. 9 Reporting and Review of Claims
A medical liability insurer of a health care provider against whom an action has been filed under IC 34-18-8-6(a) shall provide written notice to the commissioner within thirty (30) days after:
(1)the filing of the action; and
(2)the final disposition of the action.
