§ 34-18-8-3 — Demand; reasonable damages

Except for the declaration called for in section 6(a) of this chapter, a dollar amount or figure may not be included in the demand in a malpractice complaint, but the prayer must be for such damages as are reasonable in the premises. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 27-12-8-3.]
