Text
Security provided under section 1(2) of this
chapter may be held in any manner mutually agreeable to the
commissioner and the health care provider. The agreement must
provide that the principal may not be withdrawn before receiving the
written permission of the commissioner. However, any interest earned
may be withdrawn at any time by the health care provider.
