Text
"Community health center" means a provider
of primary health care organized as a nonprofit corporation under IC 23-7-1.1 (before its repeal on August 1, 1991) or IC 23-17 and
governed by a board of directors, at least fifty-one percent (51%) of
whom are representatives of consumers.
