Text
5. "Final nonappealable judgment" means a final judgment with respect to which:
(1)the time for filing an appeal has expired;
(2)all appeals have been exhausted; or
(3)both.
A final nonappealable judgment is issued on the date an event
described in subdivisions (1) through (3) occurs.
