§ 34-18-17-6 — Applications for insurance

If a risk, after diligent effort, has been declined by at least two (2) insurers, the risk may forward an application to the risk manager, together with evidence of the two (2) declinations. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 27-12-17-6.]
