§ 34-18-12-1 — Health care provider liability; actions based on breach of contract

Liability may not be imposed on a health care
provider on the basis of an alleged breach of contract, express or
implied, assuring results to be obtained from any procedure undertaken
in the course of health care, unless the contract is in writing and signed
by that health care provider or by an authorized agent of the health care
provider.
