Text
If there is only one (1) party defendant who
is an individual, two (2) of the panelists selected must be members of
the profession identified in IC 34-18-2-14(1) of which the defendant is
a member. If the individual defendant is a health care professional who
specializes in a limited area, two (2) of the panelists selected must be
health care professionals who specialize in the same area as the
defendant.
