(a)This section applies to a judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiff.
(b)If the plaintiff did not claim damages in the information, the plaintiff may file an action for the damages at any time within one (1) year after the judgment. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-59-9.]
