§ 34-17-3-3 — Refusal of defendant to deliver books and papers; enforcement by attachment and imprisonment

If the defendant refuses or neglects to deliver the books and papers, pursuant to the order, the court or judge shall enforce the order by attachment and imprisonment. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-1-59-8.]
